Accountability Teams are populations specific cohorts that offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability, and support for a uniquely identified cohort. The customized design provides the resources, guidance, and safe space needed for members to reach their desired better-balance goals.

  • Who want support, guidance, and accountability towards living a better-balanced life in the face of bias and burnout.   

 A GROUP DESIGNED FOR black WOMEN:  

In this customized group, members have the opportunity to use the shared experiences from other Black women, to help them activate the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual habits needed to face bias and burnout at their best.

In this environment, we invite DE&I leaders and inclusion allies to finally give themselves the time, care and attention they often give to others. This is the time and place to share needs and implement the practices that will give them the energy they need to face their demands.
